You will work with a modern Microsoft- and IBM-aligned data stack to design, build, administer, and maintain scalable data solutions and system integrations. Your work will ensure that data across the organization is accurate, secure, and readily available for analytics and operational needs.\n\nThis is an opportunity to take technical ownership of data integration, transformation and modelling, contributing to the platform from its initial design through production implementation and ongoing optimisation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign and build Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions in Microsoft Fabric using a modern and scalable data architecture.\n\nDesign, build, administer, and maintain data integration and transformation pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Pipelines, Notebooks, Dataflows Gen2) and, where required, Azure Data Factory and IBM DataStage.\n\nBuild ingestion and transformation pipelines using incremental loading, Change Data Capture (CDC) and schema governance.\n\nSupport migration, integration, and modernization initiatives across the Azure cloud ecosystem.\n\nManage and optimize data environments for performance, scalability, quality, and cost efficiency.\n\nEnsure data quality, security, compliance, and governance standards are met.\n\nWork with IBM Cloud Pak for Data to integrate, virtualize, refine, and govern enterprise data.\n\nCollaborate closely with analysts, BI developers, architects, and data scientists.\n\nTroubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and improve reliability of data pipelines and integrations.\n\nRequirements:\n\n5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or data platform development.\n\nProven, hands-on experience implementing solutions with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Warehouses, Data Pipelines. Experience limited to training or theoretical knowledge is not sufficient.\n\nExperience with Microsoft integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Fabric Pipelines.\n\nUnderstanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, integration patterns, and API-based connections.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n\nProficiency in SQL.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) as an ERP solution — especially its data structures, integration capabilities.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Git-based workflows.\n\nKnowledge of Python or PowerShell for automation.\n\nExperience tuning large-scale data workloads and administering enterprise data platforms.\n\nExperience with IBM DataStage (development and administration) is considered as advantage.\n\nThe company offers:\n\nAttractive remuneration package with a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.\n\nTo join an stablished global company with a long-term commitment to its employees.\n\nModern and stylish office with central location.\n\n23 days paid vacation per year.\n\nOnboarding, internal and external trainings, certifications and conferences that align with your professional goals\n\nFood vouchers.\n\nAdditional health insurance (premium package).\n\nOportunity for Multisport card\n\nIf you are interested in this opportunity, do not hesitate to apply today.\n\nPlease send us your CV in English.
