In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the stability, security, and continuous optimization of our enterprise ERP environment.\n\nThe position combines strong technical expertise with solid business understanding, covering the full lifecycle of ERP support — from managing user requests and troubleshooting issues to performing system maintenance, supporting upgrades, testing new functionalities, and ensuring data integrity. As a primary point of contact for system users, you will provide Level 1 and 2 support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely resolution of incidents, and a high standard of service delivery. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP processes and system capabilities across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n1.User Support & Service Management:\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for user support related to ERP system functionalities\n\nTroubleshoot end-user system issues and queries in a timely and effective manner\n\nEnsure proper ticket lifecycle management, including prioritization and escalation where necessary\n\nHelp users define and structure business requirements during service request submission\n\n2. Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement:\n\nCollaborate with end users to analyze and define new functional requirements\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and system usage\n\nPropose and drive enhancements to increase efficiency and user adoption \n\n3.System Operations & Stability:\n\nMonitor system performance, availability, and usage to ensure optimal ERP operation\n\nExecute and support regular system maintenance activities (e.g., batch jobs, clean-ups, monitoring alerts)\n\n4.Change & Release Management:\n\nCoordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system changes, updates, and new functionalities\n\nParticipate in UAT processes and ensure business readiness for releases\n\nEnsure proper documentation and traceability of changes in line with CAB and DevOps practices\n\n5.Collaboration & Vendor Management:\n\nCoordinate with the ERP third-party support on technical issues that cannot be resolved internally, as well as on the analysis, development, testing, and delivery of system enhancements and customizations\n\n6. Training & Knowledge Management:\n\nProvide training to end users and IT team members\n\nDevelop, maintain, and deliver training materials and documentation\n\nCreate, update, and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance user support and drive efficient issue resolution\n\n7. Security, Access & Compliance:\n\nSet up, maintain, and manage user access rights across systems, ensuring appropriate permissions are applied\n\nControl and monitor license assignment based on user roles and actual system usage\n\nPromote, monitor, and enforce adherence to internal processes, procedures, and service management standards\n\nParticipate in audits by providing required evidence and documentation\n\nRequired Qualifications & Skills:\n\nStrong ERP functional expertise with solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and ERP support operations, preferably in D365 FO or AX\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business users, IT teams, external partners, and management\n\nStrong service orientation with disciplined approach to incident, change, and access management\n\nFluency in English, both written and spoken\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field\n\n3+ years of relevant experience in ERP support, ERP administration, or a similar role\n\nThe company offers:\n\nCompetitive remuneration package and benefits\n\nWork in an established global company with a strong commitment to employee growth and professional development\n\nCareer development opportunities\n\n23 days of paid vacation per year\n\nFood vouchers\n\nAdditional health care insurance – premium package\n\nMultisport card\n\nIf you are interested in this opportunity, do not hesitate to apply today.\n\nPlease send us your CV in English.
