You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to build intelligent systems that power automation, analytics, conversational AI, and predictive capabilities.\nThis role is ideal for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), machine learning infrastructure, and solving real-world business challenges with cutting-edge technology.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments. \nBuild and optimize AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools. \nDevelop intelligent automation workflows, chatbots, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions. \nFine-tune, evaluate, and improve machine learning models for performance and scalability. \nCollaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI features into existing platforms. \nWork with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference pipelines. \nImplement prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. \nMonitor AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency. \nStay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies. \nMaintain documentation for AI models, systems, and workflows.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related software engineering roles. \nStrong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or LangChain. \nHands-on experience working with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, generative AI, or NLP systems. \nExperience deploying machine learning models into production environments. \nFamiliarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures. \nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. \nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. \nStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices. \nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. \nStrong communication skills and ability to work in a remote,
