You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to create intelligent systems that improve automation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.\nThis role is ideal for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), machine learning infrastructure, and production-grade AI systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for real-world applications. \nBuild and optimize AI-powered tools using technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs. \nDevelop scalable APIs and backend services for AI applications. \nFine-tune machine learning models and improve model performance. \nWork with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference. \nImplement prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. \nIntegrate AI solutions into web platforms, CRMs, and business systems. \nMonitor AI model performance, reliability, and scalability in production. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements and technical roadmaps. \nStay updated on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software engineering. \nStrong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face. \nExperience working with LLMs, generative AI tools, and prompt engineering. \nFamiliarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures. \nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. \nExperience building REST APIs and scalable backend systems. \nUnderstanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring workflows. \nStrong problem-solving and
