This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience creating automations, integrating systems, and streamlining business processes across sales, operations, customer support, and internal workflows.\nYou’ll work with modern automation platforms and tools to build solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and create seamless integrations across multiple business systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and business process automations. \nDevelop integrations between platforms using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools. \nBuild and optimize workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and identify automation opportunities. \nTroubleshoot workflow failures, errors, and integration issues. \nCreate documentation for automation processes and system configurations. \nMonitor and improve automation performance, scalability, and reliability. \nSupport CRM, operations, sales, and customer-facing teams with automation initiatives. \nStay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices.\nRequirements\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, workflow automation, systems integration, or related roles. \nExperience with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms. \nStrong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and software integrations. \nFamiliarity with CRM systems and operational workflows. \nBasic scripting or coding experience (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar) is a plus. \nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills. \nExperience working with cloud applications and SaaS tools. \nExcellent communication and documentation skills. \nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment.\nBenefits\nFully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams\nOngoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement\nTailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference -
