Acting as an extension of their clients’ in-house growth teams, they specialize in rapid testing, high-converting funnels, and data-driven experimentation to drive measurable revenue growth.\nJob Summary\nWe’re hiring a highly execution-focused Front-End Engineer with a strong direct response mindset to help launch and optimize landing pages, advertorials, and conversion funnels for high-growth DTC brands.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how paid traffic and landing pages work together, and can rapidly bring ideas from concept to live deployment. You’ll work closely with paid media, creative, and growth teams to build high-converting customer journeys that improve conversion rates and revenue performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and launch landing pages, advertorials, and publisher-style pages across multiple DTC brands. \nRapidly execute experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates (CVR) and revenue per visitor (RPV). \nTranslate rough creative direction into polished, conversion-focused page experiences. \nCollaborate closely with paid media teams to align messaging, offers, and funnel strategy. \nImplement and QA tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools. \nOptimize page structure, layouts, hooks, and offers based on performance data. \nEnsure pages are mobile-optimized, fast-loading, and conversion-focused. \nAssist with direct response copywriting for headlines, hooks, advertorials, and funnel messaging. \nContinuously iterate on page performance through testing and rapid deployment cycles. \nHelp create scalable internal processes and systems for faster page launches and experimentation.\nRequirements\nProven experience building direct response landing pages and advertorials for paid traffic campaigns. \nStrong understanding of conversion-focused design and copywriting principles. \nExperience with Webflow, Shopify, Replo, or similar landing page builders. \nWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript. \nExperience with CRO and experimentation tools such as VWO, Convert, or similar platforms. \nFamiliarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity. \nUnderstanding of funnel structures including pre-sell pages, landing pages, upsells, and checkout flows. \nExperience working in agency or startup environments with rapid iteration cycles. \nAbility to work independently and execute quickly with minimal hand-holding. \nStrong attention to detail and ownership mindset. \nBasic understanding of
