Display, Performance Max, and YouTube where relevant.\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.\nMonitor and optimize campaign performance against key metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.\nManage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign ROI.\nWrite compelling ad copy and test different creatives, messaging, and landing pages.\nImplement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).\nConduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.\nAnalyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable performance reports.\nCollaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.\nStay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices.\nRequirements\n2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.\nProven experience managing and optimizing Google Search campaigns, with exposure to Performance Max, Display, or YouTube advertising.\nStrong knowledge of Google Ads campaign structures, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and optimization techniques.\nExperience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.\nAbility to independently manage advertising budgets and make data-driven optimization decisions.\nSolid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance marketing metrics.\nExperience conducting A/B tests and improving campaign conversion rates.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication
