Job Summary

We are seeking a precise, reliable, and Figma-savvy Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced real estate marketing agency. In this role, you will be the engine behind the "Blueprint Studio" deliverables, transforming concepts into high-quality branding, marketing collateral, and digital assets. This is a perfect opportunity for a designer who prides themselves on clean execution and quick turnarounds, offering a clear path to step into creative leadership as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a consistent queue of design tasks including branding assets, social media graphics, print materials, and floorplans.
• Adapt and build out marketing collateral within Figma based on established brand guidelines.
• Manage light web design and presentation work to support client launches.
• Handle revisions quickly and accurately, ensuring feedback is implemented with minimal back-and-forth.
• Maintain highly organized file structures and workflows within Figma to ensure seamless team collaboration.
• Communicate daily with leadership to track progress on deliverables and meet strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma: You must be an expert in the tool, from layout design to component management.
• Professional Graphic Design Experience: A solid portfolio demonstrating clean, on-brand work (ideally within a marketing or agency setting).
• Reliability & Consistency: We value "low-drama" execution - hitting deadlines and delivering polished work every time.
• Excellent English Communication: Ability to understand complex briefs and explain design choices clearly.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in Brand Strategy or the Real Estate industry.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with Slack for team communication.
• Multi-disciplinary skills: Web design, motion graphics, or video editing.
