Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.\nRole Type: Full-time\nEngagement: Independent Contractor\nJob Summary\nWe're looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with at least 3 years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.\nIn this role, you'll take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, focusing on driving conversions, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling campaign performance.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a creative, test-and-learn mindset and knows how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business results.\nPrevious experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus, but not required.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.\nDevelop and execute paid media strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.\nMonitor and improve key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.\nManage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign profitability.\nConduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.\nCollaborate with creative teams to develop and test high-converting ad creatives and messaging.\nAnalyze campaign data, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable performance insights.\nStay up to date with advertising platform updates, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices.\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.\nProven experience managing and optimizing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.\nStrong understanding of paid media strategies, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.\nExperience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable campaign results.\nProficiency with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or performance marketing agency.\nExperience managing campaigns across multiple clients or industries.\nFamiliarity with additional advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.\nExperience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing pages, and marketing automation.\nGoogle Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation based on experience and expertise.\n100% remote opportunity -
