Previous experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is a plus.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.\nDevelop and implement paid media strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.\nMonitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for improvement.\nManage advertising budgets and allocate spending effectively to maximize campaign performance.\nPerform A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages.\nSet up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.\nPrepare performance reports, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable recommendations.\nCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align paid advertising campaigns with business objectives.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in PPC management, paid media, or performance marketing.\nStrong proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.\nHands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.\nProven ability to optimize campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and return on ad spend.\nExperience managing advertising budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously.\nProficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or performance marketing agency.\nExperience managing multiple client accounts or campaigns across different industries.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Microsoft Ads.\nGoogle Ads certifications or relevant digital marketing qualifications.\nExperience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and A/B testing.\nFamiliarity with reporting and marketing tools such as Looker
