You will be the main point of contact for customers with ongoing renovation projects, ensuring schedules, subcontractors, materials and deliveries stay on track throughout the assignment. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring someone who can work independently, communicate proactively and resolve day-to-day operational issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the main point of contact for customers with ongoing renovation projects.\nMonitor customer WhatsApp groups regularly and respond promptly to questions and updates.\nCoordinate project schedules, including tiles, deliveries and other renovation-related activities.\nInstruct, organize and schedule subcontractor teams.\nCoordinate with the procurement colleague to ensure materials and deliveries are arranged on time.\nKeep project notes, updates and statuses accurate in GoHighLevel (GHL).\nIdentify and escalate urgent site or project issues to the business owner on the same day, including Saturdays.\nEnsure a smooth handover before the temporary assignment begins.\nRequirements\nPrevious project coordination or project management experience.\nIdeally, experience in construction, home renovation, property maintenance or installation services.\nFluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.\nHighly organized, responsive and comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects.\nAble to coordinate external contractors, schedules, deliveries and customer expectations.\nComfortable working independently and handling unexpected operational issues.\nGoHighLevel experience is an
