Acting as an extension of their clients’ in-house growth teams, they specialize in rapid testing, high-converting funnels, and data-driven experimentation to drive measurable revenue growth.\nJob Summary\nAs a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of software applications throughout the development lifecycle. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify defects early, validate new features, and contribute to continuous improvements in testing practices.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both manual testing and test automation, is comfortable working in Agile teams, and has a strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.\nDesign and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks.\nIdentify, document, prioritize, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools.\nCollaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.\nTest REST APIs using tools such as Postman or similar API testing platforms.\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness activities.\nEnsure product quality before production deployments.\nContinuously improve QA processes, documentation, and testing standards.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.\nRequirements\n3-4 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or Quality Assurance Engineer.\nStrong experience with manual software testing across web applications.\nExperience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).\nExperience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or equivalent tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.\nExperience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.\nBasic knowledge of SQL for database validation and testing.\nFamiliarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote team environment.\nExperience testing SaaS platforms or cloud-based applications.\nKnowledge of performance or load testing tools.\nExposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud
