You'll collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to validate new features, identify defects, and improve testing processes throughout the software development lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate has experience with both manual and automated testing, thrives in a remote-first environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.\nPerform manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and usability.\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks.\nIdentify, document, and track software defects through resolution.\nConduct functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and smoke testing.\nTest REST APIs using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.\nCollaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify bug fixes.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release testing.\nContinuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.\nEnsure software meets quality expectations before production releases.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or Quality Assurance Engineer.\nStrong knowledge of manual software testing methodologies.\nExperience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.\nSolid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).\nExperience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.\nExperience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or other issue-tracking platforms.\nBasic knowledge of SQL and database testing.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of Git and version control workflows.\nExposure to performance, load, or security
