You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to design intelligent systems, develop AI-powered features, and improve model performance across various applications.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and scalable software development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production environments. \nBuild AI-powered applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models. \nCreate and optimize prompt engineering workflows for generative AI applications. \nDevelop APIs and backend systems that integrate AI services into web and mobile applications. \nFine-tune models and improve inference performance, latency, and scalability. \nWork with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions. \nImplement vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. \nMonitor AI system performance and continuously improve reliability and accuracy. \nStay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development. \nStrong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Hugging Face. \nExperience working with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms. \nFamiliarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering. \nExperience building REST APIs and scalable backend systems. \nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. \nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment workflows. \nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. \nExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field preferred.\nExperience deploying AI agents or autonomous workflows. \nFamiliarity with MLOps tools and AI monitoring systems. \nExperience with Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or ChromaDB. \nKnowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js is a plus. \nPrevious experience in SaaS or startup
