Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience to join one of our clients remotely.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare invoices and track outstanding payments
- Maintain the general ledger and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Process expenses and maintain supporting documentation
- Support payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks where required
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
- Ensure financial records are organized, accurate, and compliant with company procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup
- Experience working with UK, US, Canadian, Australian, or other international companies is advantageous
