accurate and up-to-date financial records\nRecord and categorize daily financial transactions\nManage accounts payable and accounts receivable\nPerform bank and credit card reconciliations\nPrepare invoices and track outstanding payments\nMaintain the general ledger and investigate discrepancies\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes\nPrepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets\nProcess expenses and maintain supporting documentation\nSupport payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks where required\nCommunicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters\nEnsure financial records are organized, accurate, and compliant with company procedures\nRequirements\n3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience\nStrong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes\nExperience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms\nStrong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills\nExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nReliable internet
