The company specializes in Google Ads, paid social, and conversion optimization, helping clients maximize ROI across multiple industries.\nJob Summary\nWe are lookingfor a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.\nIn this fully remote role, you'll work with a growing international company to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident managing campaigns independently. You should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, keyword strategies, and performance optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max, as relevant to business goals.\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.\nMonitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, ad copy, and targeting to improve ROI and ROAS.\nManage campaign budgets efficiently while maintaining strong performance against KPIs.\nSet up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).\nConduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.\nAnalyze campaign data and prepare clear performance reports with actionable recommendations.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) and improve lead quality.\nCollaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align paid advertising strategies with business objectives.\nStay updated on Google Ads platform changes, industry trends, and PPC best practices.\nRequirements\n2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for agencies, eCommerce brands, or lead generation businesses.\nProven experience managing and optimizing Google Search campaigns.\nStrong knowledge of Google Ads campaign structures, bidding strategies, keyword match types, and negative keywords.\nExperience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.\nAbility to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.\nExperience managing advertising budgets and working toward measurable performance targets.\nFamiliarity with Performance Max, Display, Shopping, or YouTube Ads is an advantage.\nStrong understanding of key PPC metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.\nExperience
