You'll be comfortable working across multiple advertising platforms, identifying growth opportunities, and continuously improving campaign performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.\nMonitor and optimize campaign performance to improve conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize ROAS.\nManage advertising budgets and allocate spending strategically to achieve campaign objectives.\nConduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to identify opportunities for improvement.\nWork closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.\nTrack and analyze key performance metrics, providing clear reports and actionable recommendations.\nIdentify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.\nContinuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve results.\nStay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.\nProven experience managing and optimizing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.\nStrong understanding of paid media strategies, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.\nExperience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable campaign results.\nProficiency with analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics (GA4).\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.\nExcellent communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience working within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.\nExperience managing advertising campaigns across multiple clients, accounts, or industries.\nFamiliarity with additional advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.\nKnowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page performance, and marketing funnels.\nExperience collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams.\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation based on experience and expertise.\n100% remote opportunity -
