Your focus will be on maximising campaign performance, generating high-quality leads, and delivering measurable returns on advertising investment.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a performance marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns, analysing data, and identifying opportunities for growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.\nMonitor and optimise campaigns to improve conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for growth.\nManage advertising budgets and allocate spending effectively across campaigns.\nImplement A/B testing strategies to improve ad copy, creatives, targeting, and landing page performance.\nTrack and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.\nEnsure accurate conversion tracking and performance measurement.\nPrepare performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop effective advertising strategies.\nStay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in PPC management or paid digital advertising.\nStrong proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.\nHands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).\nDemonstrated success in optimising campaigns for conversions, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.\nSolid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.\nExperience managing advertising budgets and making data-driven optimisation decisions.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.\nAbility to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience working within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.\nExperience managing paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or TikTok Ads.\nExperience with eCommerce advertising or lead generation campaigns.\nKnowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing
