Specialist with 4-5+ years of hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing Google Ads campaigns.\nThe ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and driving measurable business growth.\nYou should be confident taking full ownership of Google Ads accounts, developing paid search strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering consistent results.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.\nDevelop and execute paid advertising strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.\nManage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign restructuring.\nImplement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.\nContinuously run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting.\nAnalyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and profitability.\nCreate clear performance reports and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.\nStay updated on Google Ads platform changes, automation, and industry best practices.\nTake full ownership of campaign performance and proactively recommend improvements.\nRequirements\n4-5+ years of proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.\nAdvanced knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.\nDemonstrated success managing and scaling advertising budgets while maintaining strong performance.\nStrong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.\nProficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.\nExperience with campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and remarketing.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.\nExperience working with international clients, preferably in the UK, US, or Australian markets.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet performance targets.\nNice to Have\nGoogle Ads certifications.\nExperience managing paid media for digital marketing agencies.\nExperience with eCommerce, SaaS, B2B lead generation, or service-based businesses.\nFamiliarity with Looker Studio, Google Merchant Center, and landing page optimization.\nExperience managing high-budget or multi-account Google Ads
