You'll work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging ad campaigns that drive conversions, generate revenue, and deliver measurable results.\nWe're looking for someone who understands what makes TikTok advertising successful, knows how to identify winning creatives, and can confidently make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.\nPrevious experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is a plus, but not essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, launch, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns.\nDevelop and execute paid social strategies focused on conversions, customer acquisition, and ROAS.\nMonitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.\nIdentify winning ad creatives and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing video content.\nConduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.\nManage advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns efficiently.\nAnalyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.\nStay up to date with TikTok advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.\nRequirements\n2-3+ years of proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.\nStrong proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and paid social advertising strategies.\nDemonstrated ability to launch, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns.\nSolid understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.\nExperience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign profitability.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.\nExperience with creative testing and identifying high-converting ad content.\nExcellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote environment.\nStrong written and spoken English.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience working in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing agency.\nExperience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.\nKnowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).\nExperience with e-commerce, DTC brands, or lead generation campaigns.\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics 4, Shopify, or other marketing analytics tools.\nExperience working with UGC creators or creative production
