This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven SDR looking to grow their career in international B2B sales.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach in both English and French.\nIdentify and engage key decision-makers within target B2B accounts.\nGenerate and qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP).\nBook qualified sales meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives.\nBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of potential customers.\nMaintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM systems.\nPersonalize outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates.\nConsistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, qualified leads, and meetings booked.\nCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outbound strategies.\nRequirements\nMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.\nFluent in English and French (C1 level or equivalent) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProven experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation.\nDemonstrated success in booking qualified meetings with B2B decision-makers.\nExperience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.\nFamiliarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.\nStrong objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.\nHighly organized, proactive, and motivated by achieving sales targets.\nNice to Have\nExperience selling SaaS, technology, or professional services.\nExperience prospecting into French-speaking markets, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, or Canada.\nFamiliarity with structured outbound sales methodologies and multichannel prospecting.\nBenefits\nFully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams\nCareer Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services\nPeer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network\nOngoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement\nTailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference -
