If you are a persuasive communicator who thrives on closing deals and organizing complex schedules, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a fast-paced service leader.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full lead generation lifecycle, responding promptly to all customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.\nDrive revenue by following up on all unsold estimates to overcome objections and secure bookings.\nFacilitate the closing process by collecting and processing project deposits (10%) directly within the CRM.\nSet and manage high-quality appointments to ensure the technical team's schedule is optimized.\nAct as the central dispatcher, coordinating technician schedules and updates through ServiceTitan.\nMaintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and pipeline stages to ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.\nRequirements\nProven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.\nProfessional fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong \"Team Player\" mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nReliability and punctuality;
