Specialist with 4-5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling high-performing Google Ads campaigns.\nThe ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and driving measurable business growth.\nYou'll take ownership of paid search strategies, campaign execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization while working closely with marketing teams and key stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.\nDevelop and execute paid advertising strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, ROAS, and customer acquisition.\nManage substantial monthly advertising budgets while maximizing campaign efficiency and profitability.\nConduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and bid optimization.\nMonitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.\nImplement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads.\nRun A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.\nAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.\nCreate detailed performance reports and communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.\nStay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, automation, and performance marketing best practices.\nRequirements\n4-5+ years of professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency or high-growth business environment.\nProven track record of scaling successful Google Ads campaigns and delivering measurable ROI.\nAdvanced knowledge of Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, and remarketing strategies.\nStrong experience managing and optimizing substantial monthly ad spend.\nProficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.\nStrong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business insights.\nExperience with Google Looker Studio, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis.\nStrong communication skills and confidence presenting campaign results to stakeholders.\nAbility to independently manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nNice to Have\nGoogle Ads certifications.\nExperience managing paid media campaigns for international markets, particularly the US, UK, or Australia.\nExperience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.\nExperience working with SaaS, eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B companies.\nFamiliarity with landing page
