In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, identifying market opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to build solutions that solve real customer problems. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on ownership, data-driven decision-making, and the challenge of scaling a product in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the overall business strategy.\nConduct deep-dive market research and user interviews to understand customer pain points and opportunities.\nDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features.\nCollaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features.\nWrite detailed product requirements and user stories, and manage the product backlog through prioritization.\nAct as the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring a user-centric approach to every build.\nPresent product progress and vision to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.\nProven track record of launching successful products or features from ideation through to commercialization.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive product decisions.\nExceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.\nHigh degree of technical literacy and an understanding of software development lifecycles.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience in specialized sectors like Fintech, Healthtech, or AI/ML.\nPrevious experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling startup.\nTechnical background or a degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nExperience with advanced product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo).\nBenefits\nFully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams\nPeer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network\nOngoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement\nTailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference -
