You'll use your expertise in paid social advertising to drive conversions, improve campaign performance, and deliver measurable results.\nThe ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads, a strong understanding of paid media strategies, and a proven ability to optimize campaigns for growth.\nExperience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is a plus.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, launch, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives.\nMonitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall conversion rates.\nConduct audience research, implement targeting strategies, and identify opportunities to scale campaigns.\nCollaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, high-performing ad content.\nExecute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.\nManage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximize returns.\nTrack campaign results, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations.\nEnsure accurate conversion tracking through TikTok Pixel and relevant analytics tools.\nStay informed about TikTok advertising updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices.\nRequirements\nMinimum 2-3 years of professional experience managing paid advertising campaigns on TikTok.\nProven experience using TikTok Ads Manager to create, manage, and optimize campaigns.\nStrong understanding of paid social advertising, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.\nExperience managing advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns.\nAbility to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.\nKnowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis.\nFamiliarity with TikTok Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics platforms.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience working in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing agency.\nExperience managing multiple client accounts or advertising campaigns simultaneously.\nFamiliarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.\nExperience running
