You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive, polished digital experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and/or mobile products.\nOwn the design process from user flows, wireframes, and prototypes through to high-fidelity UI.\nTranslate business and user requirements into thoughtful UX solutions.\nConduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and design validation.\nBuild, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.\nPresent design concepts and clearly communicate the reasoning behind design decisions.\nIncorporate feedback and iterate rapidly while maintaining a high standard of design quality.\nEnsure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across products and platforms.\nStay current with UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, and digital product standards.\nRequirements\n4+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects and polished final designs.\nAdvanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.\nStrong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design.\nExperience creating and working with design systems.\nAbility to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.\nStrong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and consistency.\nExcellent English communication and presentation skills.\nComfortable collaborating remotely with international, cross-functional teams.\nAbility to take ownership of projects and work effectively with limited supervision.\nNice to Have\nExperience designing SaaS, B2B, FinTech, MarTech, EdTech, or other technology products.\nExperience working in startup or fast-paced product environments.\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards and developer handoff workflows.\nExperience conducting user research, usability testing, or data-informed design iterations.\nBenefits\nFully remote role -
