Vanuit de controlekamer én bij de installaties bewaak je het proces, controleer je parameters en grijp je in wanneer dat nodig is. Zo draag je iedere dienst bij aan de productie van elektriciteit en warmte.\nDat vraagt om technische kennis, concentratie en collega’s die op elkaar kunnen rekenen. Je werkt in één van de vijf ploegen van Procesvoering. Het 3-4-3-rooster geeft daarbij een vast werkritme met langere rustperiodes tussen de diensten.\nJouw werk als ervaren operator\nGeen dienst is hetzelfde, maar één ding blijft constant: de installaties moeten betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Je bewaakt en bedient zowel de afvalenergiecentrale als de slibverwerkingsinstallatie en zorgt voor een optimale instelling en regeling van de processen.\nVia het geautomatiseerde procesbesturingssysteem houd je continu zicht op de procesparameters. Ook voer je bedieningswerkzaamheden uit voor de hoog- en laagspanningsinstallaties en synchroniseer je turbines en hulpstroomaggregaten. Daarnaast heb je toegang tot de laagspannings- en meet- en regelruimten en bedien je waar nodig verschillende kranen.\n“Je bent aan het multitasken met je technische kennis paraat.”\nTim Lust, operator\nSamen houden jullie het proces draaiend\nProcesvoering bestaat uit vijf ploegen die in volcontinudienst werken. Iedere ploeg wordt aangestuurd door een hoofd Procesvoering/wachtchef en bestaat daarnaast uit één hoofdoperator en meerdere operators.\nBinnen de ploeg weet iedereen wat er nodig is om het proces goed te laten verlopen. Je bewaakt, bedient en controleert, werkt zelfstandig wanneer dat kan en zoekt de samenwerking wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Zo zorgen jullie er samen voor dat het werk iedere dienst doorgaat.\n ·Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld VAPRO C, Algemene Operationele Techniek (AOT), Procestechniek, Scheepswerktuigkunde, MyTec richting Procestechniek of een gelijkwaardige combinatie van opleiding en werkervaring.\n·Ervaring met het bewaken en besturen van geautomatiseerde productieprocessen via beeldschermbesturingstechniek.\n·Zelfstandig kunnen handelen én goed samenwerken in een ploeg. Ervaring met afvalverbrandingsprocessen en elektriciteitsopwekking is een pré.\n·Bereidheid om in vijfploegendienst te werken volgens het volcontinurooster van 3-4-3. Daarvoor ontvang je 29,3% ploegentoeslag boven op de genoemde salarisrange.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2453,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-22T14:42:35Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":22,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-24T06:02:35Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/hvc-groep-ervaren-operator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/hvc-groep-ervaren-operator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-24T23:25:03Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":34423,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-25T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2066959},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2066959"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fhvc-groep-ervaren-operator"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fhvc-groep-ervaren-operator"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fhvc-groep-ervaren-operator"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/hvc-groep-ervaren-operator\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fhvc-groep-ervaren-operator"}]}
