completion, quality standards, and adherence to budget.\nSupervise and ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes of practice, and relevant standards during M&E works.\nPrepare and submit material and sample submissions for approval.\nReview and check construction drawings for discrepancies, defects, or inconsistencies.\nConduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.\nLiaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams for seamless coordination on M&E design and construction issues.\nAssist with the preparation of E&M niche drawings and temporary design drawings.\nCoordinate with the architect and structural consultant for design coordination.\nSupport the Design Manager and Project Director with urgent M&E-related works.\nAttend project meetings, assist in conducting coordination meetings, and document meeting minutes.\nMaintain proper document control and filing for all M&E-related documents.\nResolve M&E-related technical issues and discrepancies on site.\nPerform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.\nJob Requirements:\nDegree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a preference for experience in civil projects.\nExperience in airport projects is an added advantage.\nStrong coordination and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage field staff and technical tasks.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nResults-oriented team player with excellent problem-solving
