Niceville, Florida.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide acquisition program management support across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Materiel Solution Analysis through Operations & Support)\n\nDevelop, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation such as:\nAcquisition Strategy (AS)\n\nSystems Engineering Plan (SEP)\n\nTest and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)\n\nLife Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)\n\nStatement of Work (SOW), Statement of Objectives (SOO), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).\n\nMonitor and evaluate program cost, schedule, and performance using metrics and Earned Value Management (EVM).\n\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain and manage risk registers.\n\nLead or support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), milestone reviews, and technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR).\nSupport source selection activities, including proposal evaluation and contract modifications.\nCoordinate across engineering, logistics, test, and financial stakeholders to ensure integrated program execution.\nPrepare and deliver briefings, status reports, and decision support materials to senior leadership.\nSupport Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and international armaments cooperation efforts, as applicable.\nEducation and Experience:\nMust have one of the following combinations of education and experience:\nBachelor's degreeand twenty-five (25) years of relevant experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD;\nMaster's degree Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience.\n\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:\nThis is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours. \nOther Position Requirements:\nProof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.\nMust be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.\nMust have or be able to
