The coordinator will support interns and mentors with posting projects, reviewing candidate eligibility, sending offer letters, hosting orientation, organizing tours, and hosting regular office hours.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe candidate will work with HX5 team members around the country and a NASA Center Lead at KSC but should also have a high capacity for self-directed work.\nRequired Skills:\nAbility to support mentors and interns\nAbility to engage with NASA leadership \nStrong organizational skills \nAbility to balance tasks based on priorities \nMicrosoft Office Suite\nProfessional writing and presentation skills\nDesired Skills:\nNASA STEM Gateway / Salesforce\nNASA's Identity Management System (IdMAX)\nVirtual Collaboration Tools such as Teams and Canvas\nCustomer service skills and Event planning\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's in Education, Business or Science.\nBachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience\nOther Position
