Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide.\nHX5 is currently seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator, Journeyman to join the team at Eglin, AFB in Niceville, Florida.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupporting Tier I and Tier II IT systems\nImaging, patching, and configuring classified/unclassified systems\nSharePoint management\nAdministrating and operating help desk ticketing system\nProviding customer service support via in-person, email, phone, remote, etc.\nProviding technical support for briefing setups, presentations, VTCs, and online meetings.\nIT Equipment custodian management duties and responsibilities to include performing inventory and equipment destruction/transfers \nPerforming maintenance of functional and reliable telecommunication services for customer programs. Includes classified Secure Telephone Units, Secure Telephone Voice over IP (STU III/STE/vlPer/SVOIP) phones, fax, voicemail, VTC, and overhead projection services/equipment\nAssisting end-users with the operation, restoration, of information, and access to business systems; \nCreating and maintaining organizational boxes, folder permissions, security groups, and assists with distribution groups\nPerforming cyber security liaison duties.\nEducation and Experience:\nMust have one of the following combinations of education and experience:\nAssociate's degreeand seven (7) years of relevant experience;\nOR bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience;\nExperience administering network and computer systems in a DoD or enterprise environment.\nExperience supporting secure systems and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.\nDoD 8140 IAT Level II certification may substitute for up to two (2) years of experience. \nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:\nThis is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours. \nOther Position Requirements:\nProof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.\nMust be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.\nMust have or be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance
