Florida.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport systems engineering activities across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Material Solutions Analysis through Operations & Support)\nSupport requirements development, analysis, traceability, and verification.\nConduct system design, integration, and technical analysis activities.\nDevelop and review technical documentation, including specifications, interface documents, and engineering reports. \nSupport technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR) and program milestone activities. \nCollaborate with program management, logistics, test, and cybersecurity teams to ensure integrated system performance.\nAnalyze system performance and recommend design or process improvements.\nSupport risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.\nProvide technical input to acquisition documentation and program decision-making.\nEducation and Experience:\nMust have one of the following combiniations of education and experience:\nUndergraduate engineering degree from ABET-accredited institution. \nBachelor's degree and twenty (20) years of professional experience\nOr Master's degree and fifteen (15) years of professional experience\nOR Ph.D. and five (5) years of professional experience\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:\nThis is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.\nOther Position Requirements:\nProof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position.\nMust be able to complete a U.S.
