Solution Architecture : \n\n- Own end-to-end solution architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations - Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.\n\n- Lead client solution design sessions, translating business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectures.\n\n- Define integration patterns, data models, security architecture, and governance frameworks.\n\n- Conduct org health checks, technical assessments, and architecture reviews across client accounts.\n\n2. Presales : \n\n- Own the full presales cycle - discovery, solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.\n\n- Lead RFP/RFI responses and deliver compelling solution demos and proof-of-concepts.\n\n- Translate complex architectures into clear business value narratives for CXO audiences.\n\n- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and Salesforce partner forums.\n\n3. Centre of Excellence (CoE) : \n\n- Build and lead Salesforce + AI CoE - standards, frameworks, reusable assets, and accelerators.\n\n- Define delivery methodology, architectural governance, and solution quality benchmarks.\n\n- Drive internal enablement - upskilling teams on new Salesforce capabilities and AI tools.\n\n- Contribute to thought leadership - whitepapers, webinars, and industry positioning.\n\n4. AI & Agentforce : \n\n- Lead design and delivery of Agentforce-powered solutions - autonomous agents, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop frameworks.\n\n- Architect AI-first Salesforce solutions - Einstein, LLM workflows, predictive analytics, and AI governance.\n\n- Stay ahead of the Salesforce AI roadmap - bring emerging capabilities into the practice first.\n\n- Guide clients from AI use case identification through to production deployment.\n\n5. Data Cloud : \n\n- Architect and deliver Data Cloud implementations - unified profiles, data streams, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation.\n\n- Guide clients on data governance, privacy compliance, and data quality management.\n\n- Design data ingestion pipelines, activation strategies, and cross-cloud data sharing frameworks.\n\n6.
