You will play a key role in shaping implementation decisions, improving engineering standards, and mentoring junior engineers. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning problems end-to-end and working closely with product, clinical, and engineering stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems\n\n- Build scalable, maintainable frontend applications using React.js\n\n- Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js\n\n- Own feature delivery from requirements clarification to production release\n\n- Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability\n\n- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code\n\n- Review code from peers and raise the overall quality bar\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinicians to refine requirements\n\n- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and reliability best practices, especially for healthcare data\n\n- Actively contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards\n\n- Use modern developer tooling, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity while maintaining high standards of code quality, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 4 -
