This role requires close collaboration with the retail media team to align campaigns with brand goals and objectives, ongoing monitoring and optimization to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and the management of multiple brands.\nCore Competencies:\nPartnerships\nGrowth mindset\nResults oriented\nCustomer focused\nProfessionalism\nReporting Relations:\nAccountable and Reports to: Director, Retail Media Operations, RedMedia\nDirect Reports: None\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nExecute and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate setup and timely activation.\nCollaborate with retail media team to understand brand goals and ensure all campaign elements are aligned with those objectives.\nMonitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.\nManage a set of brands, ensuring their campaigns are executed effectively and provide regular updates to the team.\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during campaign activation or execution.\nCompile and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.\nStay updated on changes and updates to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, etc.) and leverage new features or best practices to improve campaign performance.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field\n3-5 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or media buying\nExperience managing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms\nPhysical Requirements:\nVisual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.\nMust be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.\nMust be able to meet with customers.\nMust be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required.\nCommitment to the Hy-Vee Mission and a willingness to promote the values of the company.\nStrong interpersonal skills.
