Working closely with our web development team, you’ll quality check website builds, coordinate tasks and deadlines, support client communication and make sure projects stay organised and on track. As part of EAB, we’re continuing to build on that success, expanding our digital solutions and capabilities to offer even more to the education sector.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nQuality check websites and pages against approved designs, spotting differences, errors and issues and providing clear feedback to developers.\nReview developers’ work before it reaches clients, checking layouts, content, links, images and functionality with a sharp eye for detail.\nJoin client calls, take thorough notes and turn conversations into clear contact summaries, actions and next steps.\nMake content and page updates across CMS platforms including WordPress, Drupal and Squiz.\nSupport the creation of clear and accurate scopes of work for new and existing client projects.\nManage diaries, book meetings and help keep the web team organised and on schedule.\nTrack tasks, deadlines and actions across multiple projects, following up with colleagues where needed to keep things moving.\nPrepare and manage web assets, ensuring the correct file formats are being used in the right places.\nWork closely with the Director of Technology and wider web team to support the smooth delivery of projects from brief through to completion.\nBuild your technical, project management and client-facing skills as you develop your career within a growing global media agency.\nRequired Experience\nAt least two years’ experience working in web design or a closely related role.\nHands-on experience using WordPress or Drupal, with experience of Squiz an advantage.\nA good technical understanding of how websites work - you don’t need to be a developer or write code, but you should be comfortable working with web technology.\nA solid understanding of common file formats including JPEG, PNG, SVG, PDF and HTML, and an understanding of when and where to use them.\nExcellent written English, with the ability to produce clear notes, summaries, scopes and client-facing communications.\nA genuine eye for detail and the patience to thoroughly check work and spot things others might miss.\nStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities at once.\nConfidence communicating with clients and representing the team on calls in a professional and approachable way.\nA proactive and reliable approach - you take ownership of tasks, follow things through and aren’t afraid to chase when something needs moving forward.\nA willingness to learn and develop, with the ambition to grow your technical, project delivery and account management skills.\nWhat’s in it for you:\nCentral Bristol location - just off King Street and a 10-minute walk from Temple Meads\nChristmas shutdow n - enjoy time off between Christmas and New Year\n£25 monthly wellbeing allowance towards your physical or mental wellbeing\nHoliday flexibility - carry over up to 3 unused days each year\nEnhanced maternity & paternity leave\nHealth and Wellbeing - access mental health support via our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and a subscription to the Calm app\nInvesting in your development - a dedicated annual allowance of learning hours, regular training sessions and support from our in-house Director of Learning & Performance to help you develop and progress\nTime to celebrate - Annual Summer and Christmas parties and regular team away days\nOffice perks - free weekly breakfast and fresh fruit\nCommuter-friendly facilities - secure bike storage, showers and changing facilities on-site\nThe Hybrid Difference:\nWe don’t just run campaigns; we create work that makes a difference.\nOur people are at the heart of that.
