HYDAC’s passionate team designs and manufactures a comprehensive line of innovative and reliable solutions optimized for any demand our customers require.\nThe Engineering Lab Technician will be required to conduct tests as required by the Engineering Department or Product Managers, to generate necessary test reports, and maintain lab test equipment and environment.\nYou will make an impact in this role by:\nConduct product performance tests and calibrations.\nHelp maintain and calibrate lab test equipment.\nDevelop specifications and testing methods.\nSetup of test equipment.\nAssist Lab Manager or Lab Supervisor to establish new test methods and equipment.\nGenerate and execute test documents and reports.\nKeep the lab environment clean and in good working order.\nProduct calibration, repair, and troubleshooting of contamination sensors.\nMeets all requirements for Level C and B technicians.\nAssists and trains Level C and B technicians.\nRequired to meet and maintain expert level training according to laboratory training matrix.\nTroubleshooting and determining root cause of failure.\nAble to perform various test or calibration with minimal or no supervision according to laboratory training matrix.\nFollow specifications and testing methods.\nHelp to execute routine laboratory tasks.\nPlus other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nKey skills and attributes include:\nAble to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.\nAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.\nMust be able to understand blueprint information.
