We are looking for motivated, energetic people to join our dynamic Team!\nPosition Summary\nFinal Assembler is a position that has three (3) levels; A, B, and C. The differentiation and advancement between levels is based on the levels of experience, knowledge, and training of the individual.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nFINAL ASSEMBLER \"C\"\nNeeds to understand the HYDAC Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and how they are related to this position.\nMust read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and drawings.\nMust be able to build to the drawings as assigned.\nMust be proficient in using basic hand tools and power tools. Must be able to package and build pallets.\nMust be able to complete tasks in a timely manner and meet all quality standards. \nHas to pass HYDAC Criteria within 90 days. \nReports to a Lead or supervisor.\nFINAL ASSEMBLER \"B\"\nMid Level Final Assembly Technician Position.\nMay require 2 to 3 years of machine operating experience. \nHave ability to do all of description C and assemble all coolers and package per BOM. \nWill use SAP transactions and be able to produce labels for product. \nFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this field. \nPerforms a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision of Lead or Supervisor.\nFINAL ASSEMBLER \"A\"\nSenior Level Final Assembly Technician. \nMay require at least 4 years of final assembly experience. \nResponsibility of all C & B descriptions with complete understanding of all final assembly department. \nBe able to train and have good leadership skills. \nBe able to give Red Line approvals, edit drawings to reflect proper build. \nBe able to schedule resource planning. \nWill also use SAP transactions. \nFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this field. May lead or direct the work of others.\nSkills and Attributes\nMust be able to read, write, and comprehend English.\nMust pay attention to details. This position requires dexterity and fine motor skills in catching material flaws.\nAbility to perform basic mathematical computations (add, subtract, and divide).\nMust be able to independently seek assistance from supervision and/or other departments in order to perform given tasks.\nMust be able to stand 8-10 hour days. Lifting up to 25 pounds infrequently.\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED; or prior assembly experience.\nSafety and Personal Protective Equipment\nMust adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities.
