You will make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.\nComplete light electrical work and minor forklift maintenance.\nProvide repair and maintenance of a wide variety of automated, semi-automated, and manual production equipment.\nSupport process improvement, quality improvement, and safety efforts.\nYou will make an impact in this role by:\nWork with the Production, Engineering, and R&D on product/process development.\nUpdate and maintain any existing maintenance software.\nTroubleshoot and repair all production equipment malfunctions and recommend changes to increase equipment reliability.\nRequirements\nTo be considered for the Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:\nA High School or GED diploma is required.\nTechnical training in technical fields including electrical, etc. preferred.\n1-3 years of facilities/maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.\nPreferred basic mathematics and algebra required. College level algebra, trigonometry, and/or geometry preferred.\n2 years’ experience basic PC/Windows operation required.\nAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.\nIndustrial electricity, programmable logic controllers, pneumatics, hydraulics, ultrasonic welding, machine tool.\nMust have excellent reason and decision-making skills.\nMust be able to understand written and verbal instruction in English.\nMust be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English to coworkers.\nSafety and Personal Protective Equipment: Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities. This includes at a customer or supplier location.
