Corporate Finance, Funding and Banking Relationships:\nMaintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions.\nCoordinate banking facilities, including renewals, drawdowns, repayments, and utilization monitoring.\nSupport negotiations of banking terms, interest rates, fees, and credit facilities.\nSupport corporate financing activities, including funding arrangements, project financing, and working capital requirements.\nMonitor outstanding balances, available limits, maturities, financial covenants, and repayment schedules.\nCoordinate financing proposals, banking documentation, and funding requirements with banks and internal stakeholders.\n3. Risk Management & Compliance:\nMonitor liquidity, foreign exchange, and interest rate exposures.\nEnsure compliance with internal treasury policies, banking covenants, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nMaintain effective internal controls and support internal and external audits.\n4.
