The Assembler II brings 2 or more years of production experience to the floor - operating independently, catching problems before they travel downstream, and cross-training peers so the team stays strong when someone is out. Every device that clears your station and meets quality standards is a direct contribution to the patients who rely on SkinHealth Systems products.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nAssemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools - including wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and soldering stations - following manufacturing operating procedures (MOPs).\nAssemble kits while maintaining quality and following manufacturing operating procedures.\nRead and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, BOMs, routers, and schematics.\nVerify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.\nSpot and report product rejects and non-conforming (defective) items to leads right away, so defective parts don't move further down the line.\nClean devices and components using approved cleaning supplies and methods, following manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nKeep your training certifications current across all relevant production lines and stations, including updated revisions.\nHelp train teammates on your production lines so the team isn't stuck if someone is out.\nRecord production activities accurately and on time, and report any defects or deviations to your supervisor right away, so work can be traced and meets quality standards.\nKeep a consistent work pace in line with standard work and takt time.\nSpeak up when you see a better way to do something or a chance to cut waste.\nFollow all safety guidelines and wear your personal protective equipment (PPE) - including safety glasses, gloves, and ESD protection - and join team improvement activities.\nWork with your teammates to hit daily production goals.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.\nAbility to read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English, as well as verbal instructions, to complete assignments accurately and on time.\nGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to stand, walk, and perform detailed hand work for extended periods.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.\nPreferred\n1+ year of experience supporting peer training or cross-training in a production environment.\nFamiliarity with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems.\nBasic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB\nOn-site, production floor role requiring standing and walking for the duration of the shift.\nFrequent use of hands and fingers for precision assembly tasks involving small components and tools.\nAbility to lift and carry materials and finished assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs with assistance.\nMust wear PPE as required, including safety glasses, gloves, and ESD protection, throughout the workday.\nExposure to a light manufacturing environment with standard noise levels, machinery, cleaning agents, and assembly materials.\nWe mean it when we say you’ll LOVE this role.\nBase Pay: $22.00/hour\nHydrafacial is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
