This is the perfect opportunity to work with some of the best leaders in the industry while you gain the global and strategic experience to add to your professional toolbox.\nJob Description:\nWHY THIS ROLE MATTERS\nThe Manager, Global Tax plays an important role in supporting SkinHealth Systems’ international tax compliance and transfer pricing activities while contributing to U.S. tax compliance and reporting. This hands-on role partners closely with global Finance and Accounting teams and external advisors to execute tax requirements, maintain accurate documentation, manage key deliverables, and support the tax needs of an increasingly complex global business.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nManage quarterly and annual transfer pricing calculations, adjustments, and implementation activities in partnership with global Finance and Accounting teams and external advisors.\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking studies, intercompany arrangements, and annual documentation requirements.\nCoordinate foreign income tax compliance and related filings, working with local Finance and Accounting teams and external tax advisors to support accurate and timely completion.\nPartner with global Finance and Accounting teams to support foreign subsidiary tax matters, including tax requirements associated with local statutory financial statements.\nPrepare and support U.S. federal and state income tax compliance activities, including supporting calculations, workpapers, extensions, estimates, and related filings.\nSupport the quarterly and year-end global income tax provision process, including preparation of tax calculations, account reconciliations, workpapers, and related reporting.\nSupport international and U.S. tax audits, tax research, cross-border transactions, and other tax planning and compliance initiatives as needed.\nMonitor developments in U.S. and international tax laws and regulations, research potential impacts, and communicate relevant findings to the Director, Tax and other stakeholders.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.\n5+ years of progressive tax experience, including experience with international tax, transfer pricing, and foreign tax compliance.\nWorking knowledge of U.S. and international tax laws, transfer pricing principles, and cross-border transactions.\nExperience supporting foreign tax compliance and working with Finance and Accounting teams and external tax service providers.\nExperience with U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and/or income tax provision processes.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.\nWe mean it when we say you’ll LOVE this role.\nBase Pay: $122,000-$145,000 annually\nWhat else can you expect with Hydrafacial?\nPERKS!
