The Production Inventory Coordinator is the person who makes that happen on the production floor every day.\nThis role sits at the intersection of inventory management and manufacturing operations, ensuring that materials flow to production lines without interruption, work orders close accurately, and discrepancies are resolved before they become production stoppages.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nIssue and record materials, equipment, and returns for production teams, ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and perform daily cycle counts to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.\nClose work orders accurately and on time in the inventory management system.\nReceive, store, and organize incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.\nEnsure adequate stock levels for production requirements and initiate reorder requests as needed.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the inventory control team.\nUse inventory management software to track stock movements and update transactions in real time.\nSupport Engineering with material revisions, BOM updates, and workstation material changes.\nPrepare requisitions for tools, repairs, and material replenishment.\nKeep work areas and material storage locations organized and compliant with 5S standards.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nPrior inventory control or material handling experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nAbility to read and follow written instructions, standard operating procedures, and diagrams.\nBasic math and computer skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a production team.\nAbility to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.\nPreferred\n1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience.\nExperience with ISO 13485 or other quality management system environments.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.\nExperience with ERP or inventory management systems (NetSuite preferred).\nHands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB\nOn-site manufacturing and production environment role.\nRequires standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs with assistance.\nRegular use of inventory management systems, barcode scanners, and computer terminals.\nExposure to production floor conditions including noise, machinery, and moving equipment.\nWe mean it when we say you’ll LOVE this role.\nBase Pay: $23 - $26.25/hour\nWhat else can you expect with Hydrafacial?\nPERKS!
