This role owns the production schedule,maintainsa rolling capacity outlook, ensures work orders are ready for execution, and coordinates the resolution of issues that could delay manufacturing.\nWorking across Integrated Planning, Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse Operations, the Production Planner provides the visibility and recommendations needed to keep production on schedule andanticipatefuture capacity needs.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDevelop,maintain, and communicate a rolling four-week production schedule based on inventory requirements, material availability, available capacity, planning-system recommendations, and business priorities.\n\nDetermineproduction sequencing and adjust schedules as priorities, materials, capacity, or operating conditions change.\n\nDevelop andmaintaina rolling 12-month capacity plan using forecasted requirements, labor availability, production rates, cycle times, material readiness, and operating assumptions;identifycapacity gaps or underutilization and recommend schedule, staffing, overtime, or priority changes.\n\nMonitor production performance against planned rates and update capacity assumptions, planning parameters, and recovery actions as operating conditions change.\n\nCreate, release, update, and monitor work orders, confirming Clear to Build readiness by verifyingmaterials,approved documentation, specifications, andrequiredresources are available.\n\nCoordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse Operations to resolve shortages, holds, deviations, rework requirements, documentation gaps, transaction errors, and other production constraints.\n\nReview production output,componentconsumption, scrap, work-order variances, and inventory discrepancies, and track performance measures including scheduleadherence, production attainment, work-order stability, aging work orders, and capacityutilization.\n\nMaintainaccurateplanning data, procedures, and standard work, and recommend improvements to production flow, inventory accuracy, reporting, and planning processes.\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, ora relatedfield.\n\n3+years of experience in production planning, materials planning, supply planning, ora relatedmanufacturing operations role.\n\nExperience developing production schedules and performing short- and long-range capacity planning in a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience creating, releasing, updating, andmonitoringwork orders in an ERP or manufacturing system.\n\nWorking knowledge of material requirements planning, bills of material, inventory transactions, manufacturing capacity, and production workflows.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate constraints, competing priorities, and practical production alternatives.\n\nStrong communicationskills, attention to detail, Excelproficiency, and experience using ERP, inventory, planning, or manufacturing systems.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or consumer health products.\n\nExperience with NetSuite or another ERP ormanufacturing-planningplatform.\n\nExperience supporting deviations, engineering changes, rework, nonconforming material, inventory reconciliation, or work-order variance analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, value-stream mapping, or other continuous-improvement methods; APICS or ASCM certification is a plus.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB\nOn-site production and warehouse environment role.\n\nRequires standing, walking, and moving throughout the production floor and warehouse areas during the shift.\n\nAbility to lift and carry materials up to 30 lbs as needed.\n\nRegular use of computer terminals and WMS/ERP systems throughout the shift.\n\nExposure to production floor conditions including noise, machinery, and moving equipment.\n\nWe mean it when we say you’ll LOVE this role.\nBase Pay: $63,000- 85,000 a year + bonus\nWhat else can you expect with Hydrafacial?\nPERKS!
