The Warehouse Associate I is that person.\nThis is an entry-level warehouse role with direct impact on order fulfillment quality and customer satisfaction, offering hands-on experience across all core warehouse functions - receiving, material handling, picking, packing, and shipping - in a fast-paced distribution environment.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nPack customer orders while verifying part number, quantity, and condition of each line item against packing slips and bills of lading.\nPick inventory from designated locations and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with standard procedures.\nStock materials in their designated inventory locations accurately and in compliance with storage protocols.\nReceive inbound deliveries, confirm quantities, and move goods to appropriate staging or storage areas.\nMaintain the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, and orderly condition throughout the shift.\nCommunicate any system, process, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nPrevious warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience.\nExperience with RF scanners or barcode scanning equipment.\nAbility to speak, read, and write English.\nBasic math skills sufficient to count, verify quantities, and complete warehouse documentation accurately.\nAbility to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.\nReliable work ethic with the ability to maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift.\nPreferred\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nExperience with ERP or WMS platforms (NetSuite a plus).\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB\nOn-site warehouse role requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the full duration of the shift.\nAbility to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 55 lbs unassisted.\nRegular movement throughout the warehouse facility including receiving docks, storage areas, and shipping areas.\nExposure to warehouse conditions including variable temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.\nWe mean it when we say you’ll LOVE this role.\nBase Pay: $20.00/hour\nHydrafacial is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
