This is the perfect opportunity to work with some of the best leaders in the industry while you gain the global and strategic experience to add to your professional toolbox.\nJob Description:\nWHY THIS ROLE MATTERS\nThe Warehouse Lead is the first level of operational leadership on the SkinHealth Systems warehouse floor - responsible for directing team activities across receiving, material handling, and distribution, and serving as the day-to-day link between warehouse associates and the Warehouse Supervisor.\nThis role monitors team performance and productivity, assists with staffing and cross-training decisions, and ensures that equipment is maintained and operational issues are escalated before they become disruptions to fulfillment.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nLead and monitor assigned activities and tasks associated with warehouse operations across receiving, distribution, and material handling; assist team members as required.\n\nMonitor team performance and productivity to maximize operational excellence; identify and address performance gaps through coaching and communication.\n\nAssist with determining staff levels and assessing daily workload; support training and cross-training of warehouse team members.\n\nAssist in ensuring warehouse equipment is maintained, inspected, and in proper working order.\n\nAssist the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day operational duties and escalate issues requiring management attention.\n\nIdentify system or process issues and communicate promptly to the Supervisor.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\n3+ years of warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.\n\nForklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience.\n\nAbility to lift and push up to 55 lbs unassisted.\n\nRF scanner experience.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\n\nPreferred\nPrior experience in a formal lead, team lead, or supervisory warehouse role.\n\nExperience with ERP and/or WMS platforms (NetSuite / High Jump a plus).\n\nBackground in medical device, consumer products, or beauty industry warehouse operations.\n\nFamiliarity with GMP or OSHA warehouse safety requirements.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB\nOn-site warehouse role requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the full duration of the shift.\n\nAbility to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 55 lbs unassisted.\n\nOperation of forklift and other warehouse equipment as required.\n\nRegular movement throughout all warehouse areas.\n\nExposure to warehouse conditions including variable temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.\n\nWe mean it when we say you’ll LOVE this role.\nBase Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 / hour\nAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
