This includes the commitment to attain 100% customer satisfaction.\nSchedule for this role is Monday-Thursday 1pm-9:30pm; Friday 11am-7:30pm.\n Primary responsibilities include:\nCommunicate compliance, safety, and equipment needs as personally identified to shift supervisor.\nUse the PPE as specified in the SOP's.\nOperate processes in accordance with SOP’s\nComply with all safety and regulatory compliance programs.\nRecommend changes in SOP’s and process-related equipment while notifying shift supervisor of any deviations from the SOP’s.\nAccountable for accurate documentation of inventory, material usage, work orders, batch logs and move tickets.\nMaintain good housekeeping and be responsible for cleanliness in assigned areas.\nBe an active member of the emergency response team and associated training.\nTo adhere to the Cottage Grove general compliance standards.\nTo enter completed work orders in timely and accurately manner into the M3 computer system.\nBecome proficient in unloading railcars, spotting and loading/unloading bulk tankers, box trailers and filling containers according to established SOP’s.\nFill and label products in approved packages in a manner that ensures all special packaging requirements are met.\nAbide by all safety and regulatory requirements including following all SOP's and proper use of PPE and report any non-compliance. Promptly report spills to facility spill communication coordinator.\nReport unsafe conditions to a supervisor immediately.\nCommunicate production status, problems and needs with other production operators (i.e. 'turnover' of daily information).\nREPORTING STRUCTURE\nThis position reports to the Production Supervisor. \nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nBasic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.\nAbility to operate a forklift; previous experience preferred.\nExperience in production and warehouse operations.\nMust have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.\nADDITIONAL BENEFITS\nBenefits and perks include 401k and profit sharing, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, legal services insurance, scholarship awards for children of employees, summer picnic, community giving events, free family wellness coaching including nutritionist and fitness coach.\nWANT TO STAY CONNECTED?
