Through hands-on rotations across Hydrite’s business, participants will gain exposure to our customers, products, markets, and commercial teams while building the skills needed for a successful sales career.\nThis 8-12-month development program is based in the Milwaukee/Brookfield area and combines structured rotations, hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to shadow experienced commercial employees. Participants will develop an understanding of Hydrite’s products and applications, customer needs, account management, and the chemical industry.\nUpon successful completion of the program, participants will be prepared for placement into an Account Manager role based on Hydrite’s business needs and available opportunities at that time. Relocation may be required following completion of the program, and Hydrite will provide relocation assistance.\nPROGRAM ASSIGNMENTS/ROTATIONS:\nCustomer Experience: 4+ months\nProvide a high level of customer support primarily via email and phone to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including order entry, inventory availability, lead-time management, and tracking.\nUtilize independent judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies.\nDevelop a strong understanding of Hydrite’s ERP system and other order-entry tools.\nGain firsthand experience with customer needs and the overall customer experience.\nTechnical Center: 3 months\nLearn chemistry fundamentals, Hydrite’s core product portfolio, and product applications.\nFollow laboratory safety requirements and proper chemical handling procedures.\nProvide technical support and assistance to Operations, Product Management, and/or Sales teams.\nBuild the technical foundation needed to effectively communicate solutions to customers.\nInside Sales: 1+ months\nSupport marketing campaigns, prospecting efforts, and customer outreach.\nLearn systems and tools used within Hydrite’s sales organization.\nBuild foundational sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, pipeline management, account management, budgets, and quotas within the chemical industry.\nWork closely with Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to support team goals and objectives.\nEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA\nBachelor’s degree required; science or technical-related field preferred.\nPrevious work or internship experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.\nValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.\nWillingness to relocate following completion of the development program.Final placement following the program will depend on Hydrite’s business needs and available opportunities at that time.\n\nBENEFITS\nBenefits and perks include 401k and profit sharing, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, legal services insurance, scholarship awards for children of employees, summer picnic, community giving events, free family wellness coaching including nutritionist and fitness coach.\nWHY HYDRITE? \nWatch this Why Hydrite video to find out: https://vimeo.com/201673899\nWANT TO STAY CONNECTED?
