support the continued growth of SAPA in the Netherlands, Hydro Building Systems Netherlands is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Account Manager.\n\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing existing customers while creating new commercial opportunities across the Netherlands.\nYou will regularly meet customers and prospects, build long-term relationships and work closely with internal teams to provide professional customer support.\nYour key responsibilities:\nManage and further develop an existing customer portfolio.\nActively prospect for and develop new commercial opportunities.\nBuild relationships with contractors, developers, architects and consultants, identify new projects and assess their commercial potential.\nIdentify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue and margin targets.\nLead price, project and contract negotiations.\nCollaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Technical Support and other internal teams.\nMonitor market developments and customer needs and translate these into commercial actions.\nTake ownership of commercial results and proactively take corrective action where needed.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial, economic, technical or construction-related field.\nPreferably at least 2 years of relevant commercial experience, ideally in a technical or construction-related environment.\nAffinity with technology, construction and aluminium.\nCommercial, customer-focused and results-oriented.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nProactive, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.\nWilling to visit customers and prospects throughout the Netherlands.\nNative-levelDutch and professional
